PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost suspension cross member fitting bushing capable of restricting unevenness of the pre-compression quantity in the vertical direction and capable of securely and easily obtaining the desirable pre-compression. SOLUTION: This bush 2a is formed of an outer member 21a formed of an outer main body and an outer flange 212a, an inner member 22a inserted into the outer member 21a and formed of an inner main body and an inner flange and having a through hole 224a, and an elastic body 23a provided between the outer member 21a and the inner member 22a, and this bush 2a is pressed into the top surface of bush fitting hole 11 of a cross member 1. A bushing 2c is similarly pressed into a lower surface of the cross member. In a condition of the bushings 2a and 2c pressed into the cross member, a predetermined distance is generated between the inner member 22a and 22c, and when fixing the cross member 1 to a car body 3, a nut 41 is fastened till both the inner members abut on each other after passing a bolt 42 through the through holes 224a and 224c. |
