PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability in part feeding and operation efficiency in a continuous operation. SOLUTION: This rotary part feeder has a spiral feed passage 5 formed on inner wall part 3A of a bowl 3 to be circumferentially vibrated and rotated and feeds parts P contained on bottom part 3B of the bowl 3 along the feed passage 5 by vibration and rotation in a predetermined attitude. A feed passage detection means 10 is provided for detecting if the part P is fed into the feed passage 5 and by a signal of the feed passage detection means 10, the bowl 3 is reversely driven.
