PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a low calorie food having as the raw material bean-curd refuse as a health food. SOLUTION: This food is obtained by mixing mayonnaise with bean-curd refuse and used as a base when baking e.g. pizza, or is obtained by mixing mayonnaise with dried bean-curd refuse and suitable for a seasoning to be used for sprinkling over e.g. raw vegetables. |
