PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press die capable of easily being assembled by reducing the number of components of an lower and upper die and further, capable of enabling miniaturization of the die. SOLUTION: A lower die 10 of the press die is made larger in the lateral direction than an upper die 20, and through holes 11a, 12a are respectively provided in the symmetric position of both sides portion extruded by the lower die over the upper die, and a hole 2a is provided in the corresponding position to each through hole in the press machine to support the lower die set plate 11, and a shared die positional pin 13 is pierced into each through hole, and the tip end is engaged with the hole of the press machine, and then, the positioning of the like-minded plates of the lower die and the positioning of the lower die and the press machine can be performed by the two pieces of the shared die positional pin, and this makes it unnecessary to locate a die positional pin in the press machine as traditionally followed, and it is no more necessary to use a plate positional pin. These amendments lead to curtailment of components, spaces, and further, workability to install and disassemble positioning pins is improved.
