PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve production efficiency by reviewing the manufacturing process or the like with respect to metallic products to which more excellent mechanical properties are imparted through the forging treatment, and to execute production at lower costs. SOLUTION: After obtaining the molten metal by dissolving a forged material, a preform forged material is obtained through casting and manufacturing is executed through the process of forging the preform forged material. On this occasion, when metallic products having a variety of sizes and shapes are manufactured, the same dies are used without exchanging dies for forging which form preform forged materials and by changing the volume of the molten metal to be filled into the die, preform forged materials having the length corresponding to the metallic products are manufactured.
