PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a subcutaneously implanted blood processing device that can perform artificial dialysis by utilizing chemical injection ports by constituting the ports and needles and catheters exclusively used for the ports so that large quantities of blood may flow through the ports, needles, and catheters although the conventional chemical injection port is not able to make the large quantity of blood to flow and is not able to be utilized for artificial dialysis. SOLUTION: This subcutaneously implanted blood processing device uses two independent or joined ports for blood removal and autotransfusion, respectively. The angle 8 of each port is set to 0-90 deg. so as to reduce the resistance of a blood flow when blood is made to flow into the port. In order to easily discriminate the ports for blood removal and autotransfusion from each other, the ports are differently marked. Catheters connected to the ports and needles pierced into the ports are also constituted to not interrupt blood flows so that the occurrence of complications may be minimized when dialysis is performed by utilizing the ports. This subcutaneously implanted blood processing device is provided with a locking structure for stabilizing the needles under a skin when the needles are pierced into the ports. In addition, this device uses a subcutaneous tunnel forming apparatus as an auxiliary apparatus used when the catheters are left.
