摘要 |
PURPOSE: A thin film transistor liquid crystal display device is provided to prevent generation of moire patterns due to an anti-glare process of a polarizing plate by forming a silica layer, and maintain high contrast of image. CONSTITUTION: An array substrate includes a first glass substrate on which thin film transistors and pixel electrodes are formed. A color filter substrate includes a second glass substrate(11) on which a black matrix(12), a color resin layer(13), a leveling layer(14), and a common electrode(15) are formed. The array substrate and the color filter substrate are bonded by interposing a liquid crystal layer. An anti-glared polarizing plate is attached to each outer side of the substrates. A silica layer(40) is formed between the black matrix and the leveling layer by scattering silica.
