MINIMIZATION SYSTEM OF HOLES ON PIER AND UPPER SLAB WHEN CONSTRUCTING BRIDGE BY MOVABLE SCAFFOLDING SYSTEM

摘要

PURPOSE: The minimization system of holes on a pier and an upper slab when constructing a bridge by a movable scaffolding system is provided to improve constructability and to improve the quality on a structure. CONSTITUTION: The minimization system of holes on a pier and an upper slab when constructing a bridge by a movable scaffolding system is to execute a superstructure work without a pier fitter for placing equipment on a pier and an upper slab, a rear cross beam fitter for supporting the backside, and a steel bar fitter for placing a form, through the steps of moving the entire equipment down to strip an outer form and an inner form after placing concrete, removing a strut, a turn buckle, a pin, etc. to dismantle the outer form, moving/stripping the outer form and stripping a slab of the inner form by a hydraulic jack, removing a steel bar fixed on a floor from and moving the whole of the floor form down by using a hydraulic jack attached to a suspension beam to be ready for moving a movable scaffolding system.
