PURPOSE: A cover of a crash pad for a vehicle is provided to absorb or remove high heat of a surface of the crash pad by a cover member. CONSTITUTION: A cover of a crash pad(5) for a vehicle includes a cover member(6). The cover member is formed by pressing or fusing a fabric layer and an epoxy layer over 80 centigrade degrees. The cover member covers a surface of the crash pad. Therein, the cover member absorbs and distributes heat. The fabric layer and the epoxy layer have an air conditioner hole(8), an airbag portion(9) and a bending portion(12) on front, right and left portions. Therefore, lower temperature is maintained around a driver's seat by absorbing heat of the sun with the cover member.
