<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system that allows a non-receptionist to deal with a visiting client when the client visits a company by executing two-way communication between a guidance terminal that guides the client and a wait-on terminal that waits on the customer based on customer information and appointment information. SOLUTION: The system comprises visitor greeting means composed of a database with which customer information and appointment information are registered, a visitor guidance function that sends visitor guidance information to the guidance terminal, a visit notification function that receives the input of visit notification information from the guidance terminal and sends it to the wait-on terminal, a visit acknowledge function that receives the input of visit acknowledge information from the wait-on terminal and sends it to the guidance terminal, an absence notification function that sends absence notification information to the wait-on terminal, and an information search function that searches for customer information and appointment information.</p> |
