STRUCTURE FOR MOUNTING SPEAKER BOX

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for mounting a speaker box that can enhance workability for mounting the speaker box onto a panel and prevent or suppress the panel from being vibrated with the speaker box. SOLUTION: The structure for mounting the speaker box employs a panel 1 on which a plurality of bosses 12 are formed and a speaker box 2 provided with a plurality of lugs 20. The panel 1 is provided with a plurality of engagement projections 13 placed upright to each boss 12 and having a step 13a deformable through expansion/contraction at the tip, and the speaker box 2 is provided with a plurality of cylindrical elastic members 3 held at each lug 20. The speaker box 2 is fitted to the panel 1 by inserting each elastic member 3 between the boss 12 and the step 13a so as to be capped to each engagement projection 13.
