PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power distributor/compositor that is constituted so that the phase difference between power distributing/compositing ports may be changed arbitrarily. SOLUTION: This Wilkinson type power distributor/compositor is provided with two power distribution/compositing ports 3 and 4 connected to one main line port 1 respectively through transmission lines 5 and 6 having equal lengths and a resistor 7 connected between the ports 3 and 4. In this power distributor/ compositor, the main line port 1 is connected to a node 9 provided at a position which is different from that of a branch point 2 so that the ports 3 and 4 may easily cope with signals in different phases.
