PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lease object management server, a control program therefor and a lease object management system that conduct a lease object futures transaction according to a predicted price of a lease object at lease contract expiration and provide an equal transaction opportunity for a user by adopting an auction sale method using a communication network. SOLUTION: The lease object management server 40 provides a user with lease object information, bidding information on a lease object futures auction, and the like. The user (used object sales company 30) collects lease objects and the bidding information, and according to them, determines a lease object and a bid price to offer a bid to the lease object management server 40. The lease object management server 40 determines a successful bidder according to the bid price and other criteria for evaluation. Information collection and a bidding procedure on the user can be simplified to reduce a handling burden, and participation in the auction can be under a fair condition irrespective of the scale of the user to activate transactions. |
