摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer information management system eliminating the need for a client computer to enter customer information. SOLUTION: Extension phones 21 to 2n are provided with a plurality of operation sections operated depending on the contents of customer responses in the case of making a speech with the customers via a telephone line 12 and transmit dummy numbers corresponding to the operation sections when the operation sections are operated. Upon the receipt of the dummy numbers from the extension phones, the PBX 1 transmits the dummy numbers and attached information associated with the extension phones transmitting the dummy number to a computer 3 as a call outgoing/incoming history. Upon the receipt of the outgoing/incoming history from the PBX 1, the computer 3 registers the outgoing/ incoming history to an initial database. After that, the computer 3 selects the dummy number and the attached information from the initial database, uses a first conversion table to convert the dummy number into response contents and records the response contents and the attached information to a customer database.</p>
