MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR SPHERICAL OXIDE PARTICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a producing method for a spherical metal oxide particle where the particle can continuously be manufactured, its particle size can be controlled by adjusting manufacturing conditions, and its particle diameter can be larger than 5μm. SOLUTION: The spherical metal oxide particle can easily be manufactured through the processes: a process where solution containing metal alkoxide or hydrolyzate of a metallic salt is prepared, a process where the spherical metal oxide particles formed by dropping the obtained solution into a water stream flowing down as turning, and spheroidizing the hydrolyzate by the operation of the turning water, and a process where the obtained spherical oxide particles are separated.
