<p>The overhead covering which can be rolled up and unrolled is used as a marquee or a sunshade. It consists of a flexible strip located on a horizontal, rotatable winding body which has a rotary drive. On the free end of the tensioned flexible strip acts as a flexible tractive member for stretching and holding the strip. The flexible tractive member (10) is guided over a deflector roller (11) and is loaded by a weight (12). The ends (9) of the winding body (5) and deflector roller (11) are arranged on upright supports (1,2,3,4). The weight is guided on the outside of the corresponding supports in their longitudinal direction. It may also be guided inside a support. The flexible strip (6) has two free ends (9).</p> |
