PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a highly functional wall material for a bathroom at a low cost. SOLUTION: This wall material 210 is formed by pouring and hardening paste, in which water and cement are mixed together, into a recess of a facing material 211 in which a peripheral region is bent so that side walls can be erected. Accordingly, when the bathroom is formed in such a manner that the facing material 211 serves as an interior wall, the facing material 211 is reinforced with a cement layer 21 from the backside thereof, so as to be capable of maintaining strength. Consequently, the low-cost and highly functional wall material for the bathroom can be provided.
