Bias determination 207 is branched to relative position computation 208 when the RDOP evaluated by only the satellites of which the integer value biases are determined is 30 or less, and branched to matrix computation 210 in the other cases. TheΓmatrix is calculated by a prescribed expression in the computation 210. AΩmatrix of an array number corresponding to the satellites written in the control table is calculated in aΩmatrix computation 211. N.σN computation 212 calculates the integer value bias and a dispersionσN respectively. The determination of the integer value bias is judged in N precision determination 213, when the dispersionσN is smaller than 0.25, and when the each integer value bias includes an integer value within a dispersion range.
