PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a desired gas supply method by a vortex flow blower by performing feedback control from respective sensors of pressure, a flow rate, and a temperature in the rotational speed control of the vortex flow blower. SOLUTION: A motor-driven vortex flow blower 100 has a vortex flow blower part 2 composed of a combination of an impeller 4 for arranging a plurality of blades 5 in an annular groove 7 having a cross-sectional shape of an almost semicircular shape, and an impeller casing 7 provided with a circular arc-shaped blowing passage opposed to the annular groove, and installs the vortex flow blower part 2 on a rotary shaft 3 of a driving electric motor 1, and is characterized by controlling wind pressure, an air volume, and an air temperature of gas by controlling the rotational speed of the vortex flow blower part 2 and its control valve in response to a change in a load applied to the vortex flow blower part 2.
