PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera for detecting a charging error in an earlier stage. SOLUTION: A control part controlling the charging of a capacitor for supplying power to a flush device emitting a flush is provided with an area detection means detecting the charging voltage of the capacitor and detecting a voltage area to which the present charging voltage of the capacitor belongs when voltage which is not more than charging completed voltage is divided into multiple voltage areas, and a charging error processing means performing a charging error processing when the voltage area to which detected charging voltage belongs is changed into two or above areas within prescribed time or when detected charging voltage exceeds pass time which is set in accordance with the voltage area and which remains in the same voltage area or is provided with a charging error processing means performing the charging error processing when detected charging voltage changes for not less than prescribed voltage within prescribed time. |
