PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic joint that can suppress the dispersion of the spring characteristic of a torsion spring. SOLUTION: An elastic joint includes a disk-like rubber elastic body 1 and four fiber codes 2a to 2d. The rubber elastic body 1 has four penetration holes 12a to 12d that are arranged on the same circumference. The fiber codes 2a to 2d are buried in the rubber elastic body 1 in a way that each of the fiber codes 2a to 2d surrounds adjacent two of the penetration holes 12a to 12d in a loop. The rubber elastic body 1 is formed by vulcanizing and shaping, using a forming die that has a restriction part to restrict positional displacements of the fiber codes 2a to 2d, in a condition where the fiber codes 2a to 2d are sandwiched between two unvulcanized rubber sheets. At this time, dents 13 are formed in the rubber elastic body 1 corresponding to the restriction part.
