PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vertical adjustor for a headrest, which securely acts and has simple structure. SOLUTION: A cable (2) is wound around a drum (5) integrated with an operation handle (4) equipped on an outer side face of a seat and a pulley (3) equipped in a seat back (SB). Both ends (2A), (2B) of the cable (2) are fixed to an elevator body (8) which is connected to stays (1), (1) integrated with a headrest (HR).
