PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kneader for bread dough improving a problem that weldings of a jacket plate and a vertical reinforcing material are easy to break due to a rotary impact force of bread dough and a temperature difference of cooling gas. SOLUTION: In this kneader for bread dough having a bowl main body 1 for mixing bread dough by rotation of a revolving bar 13 arranged inside, a cooling gas route 2 which is installed at the outer peripheral side of a part of the bowl main body 1 and comprises a plurality of the jacket plates 20 laid in the horizontal direction and an outer wall plate 3 at the outer peripheral side of the jacket pates 20 of the cooling gas route 2 at an interval between the outer wall plate and the cooling gas route, a plurality of horizontal reinforcing materials 5 are installed in the horizontal direction between the outer peripheral side of the jacket plates 20 at a plurality of stages laid in the horizontal direction and the inner peripheral side of the outer wall material 3 to provide the mixer for bread dough.
