The floor construction system comprises multiple metal bars located randomly on a plane base to control the breaking strength and the bend strength of the floor, and impregnated with concrete. The product has metal bars forming reinforcement, while also incorporating non-metallic fibres giving up to 36.9 kgf/square cm strength.
