摘要 The turbine finds application in the utilization of the energy from the movement of the wind, water, water steam, liquids and gases under pressure for the generation of electric power. It helps the materialization of two-stage adjustment and limitation of revolving of the dampers at higher mechanical stability and better utilization of the driving fluid. The turbine includes blades (1), fitted around a vertical shaft (4), supporting means for fitting of a pivotal assembly of the blades (1). Blades (1) comprise at least a pair of parallel 3-dimensional frames (2) and at least one mobile damper (3), as well as supporting and stabilizing means. An inertia storage battery is fixed between the two-side positioned blades (1) to the vertical revolving central axle (4), which is also fixed by both its opposite sides to blades (1). Along the axis of each blade (1), in its middle part, spacers of their central movement are mounted, as well as a means for two-stage control of the revolution of the dampers (3). In each blade (1), dampers (3) are fitted at an angle towards the central line of the vertical axis (4). A semi-sphere (7) is formed centrally to the surface of each damper (3), and to its external, opposite to axle (4) of each blade (1) a means of two-stage control (6) is fitted, made, mounted in parallel, at some distance between them, of a torsion (6.1) and elastic (6.2) cross-bar. The ends of each of them are, respectively, fitted dismantably to the upper and lower arm of frame (2) of blades (1). In front of the dismantable connection, springs (6.3) are mounted to the torsion (6.1), a closing spacer (6.4) being, respectively, positioned, symmetrically to its centre, and under it there is an opening spacer (6.5). Their peripheral parts are resting on a damper (6.6), symmetrically fitted to an elastic cross-bar (6.2). All sides around the vertical axle (4) with the blades (1) are engaged by the cellular module (8), and from the ends of vertical axle (4) an upper (9) and lower (10) power lead is drawn. 3 claims, 9 figures
