PURPOSE: A jet sending device and a method is provided to modify the structure of an injection nozzle to a high-pressured injection, to inject water mixed with silica sand by supplying silica sand to an injection port of a high-pressured nozzle, and to progress smoothly repair works by removing a constant thickness of a skin without giving a shock to the structure or to a wall body. CONSTITUTION: A jet sending device and a method is composed of a water tank(1), a pumping device(2) supplying water in the water tank to a nozzle, a hopper(3) storing silica sand supplied to the nozzle, a high-pressured injection nozzle(4) injecting water mixed with silica sand, and a nozzle settling device controlling the height of the high-pressured injection nozzle.
