PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the output current composed only of the fundamental wave component with high accuracy without being influenced by distortion in current in high frequency ranges by correcting a clock output from a clock frequency dividing means according to a frequency command, and detecting current using the corrected clock as a trigger. SOLUTION: A clock frequency dividing means 6 divides the frequency of a clock output from a clock generating means 5, and outputs a clock CK1 to a clock correcting means 4 and a clock CK2 to a triangular wave generating means 7. The clock correcting means 4 takes in a frequency command output from a frequency setting means 11, and corrects the clock CK1 output from the clock frequency dividing means 6 according to the commanded frequency so that a current detecting means 3 can use the corrected clock as a trigger to detect current. This makes it possible to detect the output current composed only of the fundamental wave component with accuracy without being influenced by distortion in current in high frequency ranges. |
