ROLLING ROLL CHOCK CHECKING TYPE SAFE ARRIVAL APPARATUS

PURPOSE: A rolling roll chock checking type safe arrival apparatus is provided to reduce fatigue of operators through accurate safe arrival of rolling roll on rails, and prevent roller damage of the wheel bearing and protect the touch part between the roll chock and rails through checking of liner and wheel bearing. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for checking whether roll chock in which bearing for supporting rotation of the roll is installed is abnormal or not while roll injected into rolling mill is being safe arrived and safe arriving wheel bearing of the roll chock on a rail stopper, the rolling roll chock checking type safe arrival apparatus comprises guide board parts which are installed with the rails(7) installed therebetween and sense position of the roll that is transported between the boards to be descended; a wheel bearing inspection part installed between the rails and guide board parts to check whether the roller of the wheel bearing is abnormal or not; a roll safe arrival part that is installed between the rails and safely arrives the roll chock on the rails as the roll safe arrival part is being moved back and forth according to detection results of regular position sensing sensors (S1a to S1d) of the guide board parts; and a control part for controlling operation of the guide board parts, wheel bearing inspection part and roll safe arrival part.
