PURPOSE: A method for displaying Bluetooth headset power information in a mobile communication terminal is provided to receive power information of a Bluetooth headset at regular intervals, and to display the power information on an LCD, thereby enabling a user to easily confirm remaining time of the Bluetooth headset while using the Bluetooth headset. CONSTITUTION: If a headset mode is selected, a mobile communication terminal converts to a Bluetooth headset mode(S1). The first controller of the terminal performs an inquiry scan/response process, and attempts to connect with a Bluetooth headset(S2). If the Bluetooth headset is sensed, the first controller decides whether a Bluetooth communication link between the first Bluetooth module and the second Bluetooth module is formed(S3). If so, the first controller transmits a power information request message to the Bluetooth headset(S4). The second controller of the Bluetooth headset calculates total used time and remaining time by a measured power level(S5), generates a combined power information message, and transmits the message to the terminal(S6). The first controller displays the total used time and the remaining time on an LCD(S7), and decides whether the Bluetooth headset mode is terminated by detecting a termination signal(S8). The terminal converts to a general mode, and terminates the process(S10).
