PURPOSE: A clothes rack device of a vehicle is provided to promote convenience in use by keeping clothes without wrinkles, not needing an additional coat hanger. CONSTITUTION: A clothes rack device of a vehicle comprises a head lining forming a groove to a position adjacent to a side door; a movable guider(20) vertically sliding along the groove, with forming open grooves(21) on both sides; a fixed guider(30) installed on the inner surface of the head lining, with covering the open grooves; right and left hanger rods(40,50) rotatably hinged to the inner surface of the movable guider and selectively protruded to the outside of the open grooves according to the transfer of the movable guider; a torsion spring disposed at the hinged portion of the hanger rods, to elastically support the hanger rods outward; a cover(70) disposed on the inner surface of the head lining, to selectively close and open the groove according to the movement of the movable guider; and a moving device(100) vertically moving the movable guider around the fixed guider and moving the cover in the perpendicular direction to the moving direction of the movable guider. Thus, convenience in keeping clothes is improved.
