PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user 7 to comfortably use electronic equipment (printer 1) set at a place which is made open to the public. SOLUTION: Information related with a user 7 who is physically handicapped, and highly likely to be troubled by the operation of a printer 1, or a user 7 who is a children or an old people, and highly likely to be unfamiliar to the operation of such equipment is stored in an ID card 2, and it is confirmed by the confirming part of the printer 1, and the information is transmitted to a control part 4. The control part 4 analyzes the operating situation of the printer 1, and when any problem such as jam is generated, or the operation is interrupted in a certain time or more, the control part 4 analyzes the information related with the user, and when it is judged that the printer is being operated by the above mentioned specific user, a staff 9 is informed of the result by a POS terminal 5. Therefore, it is possible to provide an environment where the third person who is informed is able to naturally support the specific user, and to provide electronic equipment for allowing anyone to use without any anxiety. |
