PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic wave shield sheet and an electromagnetic shield laminated structure not only with excellent light transmissivity and visibility but also with excellent productivity. SOLUTION: The electromagnetic wave shield sheet is manufactured by forming a non-set radiation setting type resin layer on a peeling sheet, laminating metal foil on the radiation setting type resin layer, setting the radiation setting type resin layer and then etching the metal foil. Then, the electromagnetic wave shield laminated structure is manufactured by sticking a transparent substrate on the metal foil surface through an adhesive material layer and peeling off the peeling sheet.
