PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the efficiency for up to cleaning and drying of used coins by using a device in combination with a cleaning device of the coins by providing the device for forming dustless coins by automatically separating dust and the coins by removing a stain of the coins by separating the dust mixed in or stuck to the coins by sieving the used coins before cleaning the coins. SOLUTION: In this device, a vibration absorbing spring 2 and a steel plate height adjusting screw 1 are arranged on a height adjustable bottom plate 4 arranged on an armoring steel plate 17 via the spring, the slightly inclined bottom plate 4 has a side wall 5, sieves 6, 7a, 7b, and 8 are inclined in a stairs shape on an inner wall, the inclined front side of the sieve 8 is provided with a discharge port 10 for the coins and a discharge port 11 for the dust in one outlet of the bottom plate for receiving the dust 16 falling from the sieves by the bottom plate 4, a vibrator 3 is arranged on the bottom plate, the dust stuck to both surfaces is removed while reversing the coins by a level difference part 14 by using amplitude, and the used coins and the dust mixed in and stuck to the coins are separated and removed.
