摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problem that a method for sensing or detecting a slope collapse using a cable has not been spread due to the problems of reproducibility, production cost, and the like, an extremely high investment becomes necessary if the reproducibility is required, but an electric wire having a specific elongation with reproducibility is required since the slope collapse is expected to increase further and the electric wire is used as a public information source. SOLUTION: A copper wire to be used is manufactured by adding a full annealing process to the conventional manufacturing process. As shown in Figure 2, even if the copper wire has a different degree of machining, residual stress is removed from the copper wire by full annealing, and tensile strength per area converges to a specific value. By utilizing the characteristics of the copper wire, a conductor having a target elongation can be manufactured by adjusting the width of the sectional area in a single wire, thus manufacturing a cable where conductors having different elongations are combined.
