PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transaction management method that manages a transaction between a purchaser and a seller. SOLUTION: Order placing conditions from a plurality of intending merchandise purchasers are integrated to generate one intensive order placing condition, order accepting conditions of a plurality of merchandise suppliers are referred to and an order accepting condition fulfilling a part of the intensive order placing condition is selected, an element for an order placed under the order accepting condition is subtracted from the intensive order placing condition to regenerate a new intensive order placing condition, and an order accepting condition fulfilling at least a part of the new intensive order placing condition is selected again. The regeneration of the intensive order placing condition and the selection of the order accepting condition are repeated to establish transaction management through which all the order placing conditions from the intending merchandise purchasers are, on the whole, fulfilled by the plurality of order accepting conditions. |
