<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machine operating state monitoring system capable of simply monitoring an NC machine tool regardless of the maker of the NC machine tool or even in the case of the existing NC machine tool. SOLUTION: This machine operating state monitoring system includes the NC machine tool 2 controlled by an NC device 3, an operator call lamp 5 mounted in a designated place of the NC machine tool 2, a signal converter 8 to which a lighting signal of the operator call lamp 5 is branch-input to be converted to a personal computer signal, and a personal computer 9 for inputting the personal computer signal converted by the signal converter 8. The personal computer 9 has a memory for saving the personal computer signal, a means for analyzing the personal computer signal saved in the memory, and a means for displaying the analysis result.</p> |
