PURPOSE: A cutting device of a binding spring is provided to improve work efficiency and productivity by constituting the progressing and cutting work of the binding spring as a continuous line, to improve safety of a user by making the cut portion smooth, and to improve quality. CONSTITUTION: A cutting device of a binding spring(100) comprises a loading device to continuously supply the binding spring; a feeding device(13) guiding rectilinear movement of the binding spring, using a spring guide(11) and advancing the binding spring, using a pair of gear members by a step method; and a cutting/bending device(18) holding a cutting portion of the binding spring, using a holder portion(14) and simultaneously performing cutting and bending work of the cutting portion, using a combined-type cutting cutter(15) and a combined-type bending cutter(16), and a die set for housing the cutters. Thus, work efficiency in cutting of the binding spring, and productivity are improved. Safety is improved by bending the cutting portion of the binding spring.
