PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize the performance of a power semiconductor module effectively to the maximum and to provide a power semiconductor module exhibiting high convenience even in the management at the time of stocking. SOLUTION: The power semiconductor module comprises one or more power semiconductor switching element and a drive section, a nonvolatile storage means for storing the use record of the power semiconductor module, and means for displaying the use record wherein the use record includes the information concerning to any one of the number of switching times of the power semiconductor switching element, the number of detecting times of overcurrent of the power semiconductor switching element, or the temperature rise of the power semiconductor module.
