PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support the management of a project to quickly and properly share the management know-how in accordance with the progress of the project. SOLUTION: A progress data calculating part 17 calculates the progress data at a point of time of the calculation of projection on the basis of a schedule data and an actual achievement data, when it receives the assignment of the project and the point of time of the calculation of progress. A know-how retrieving part 17 retrieves the know-how data in a know-how DB 13 with respect to the progress data agreed with or similar to the progress data calculated by the progress data calculating part 16, and transmits the same to an operation terminal 2. A know-how data registering and updating part 18 receives the know-how from the operation terminal 2 as a result of retrieval to allow the received know-how to be related with the progress data calculated by the progress data calculating part 16, and registers or updates the know-how in the know-how DB 12. |
