PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the guide of a coupling shaft fixed to an outlet member and to simplify the fixing structure of an inlet member to a working member. SOLUTION: The irreversible adjustment mechanism has a casing, an operation lever, an intermediate member 20 pivotably linked to the operation lever via a driving step which moves intermediate member only when the operation lever moves away from a resting position, a fixing ring 33, and an outlet member 35. The outlet member 35 is fixed to the coupling shaft 27 guided to rotate by the guiding ring 31 supported by the stopper member 12b of the casing which passes the recess 18 of the inlet member 14 while exposing the center part 16 of the inlet member 14 capable of fixing a working handle.
