The device (5) has channels (8,9) for incoming and outgoing dialog and an associated telephone number (N) that can be called up for a preferential tariff. One of the channels (8,9) can be called up from the first mobile telephone (1) using this telephone number. Following connection establishment the number (T or T') of the second mobile telephone (2) or fixed network telephone (3) is accepted and is automatically dialed over the other channel.
