The device is for brewing tea, coffee and other beverages and as a compact construction enabling tea leaves and simirla to be pressed together during brewing. At the same time, water can be made to flow through the tea leaves, leading to a more effective brewing process. When handgrips (8) are pressed together, which are under the influence of sprung material (9), a cover (3) is pressed downwards into the container (1). At the same time, a lock arrangement hook (10) is hooked firmly into a counterpiece (11), which ensures that the container cannot be opened, permitting discharge of tea leaves. Further pressure of the handgrip allows discharge to happen, so that the lock hook can be released. |
