PURPOSE: A stretch sheet installer for a building is provided to improve work efficiency by simplifying an insertion work for a harpoon. CONSTITUTION: The stretch sheet installer for a building comprises: a frame(50) composed of a left sidewall(53), a right sidewall(52) provided with an end projection, and an upper side(54) connecting the upper sides of the left sidewall(52) and the right sidewall(53); a harpoon(60) attached with a sheet forming the ceiling or the wall surface, and provided with a hook interposed in a fitting part(51) of the frame(50) and suspended on the end projection; and a cover(70) put on the right sidewall(53) of the frame(53) to protect the sheet from getting torn by contacting with the right sidewall(53).
