PURPOSE: Mounting structure of a scuff plate for a vehicle is provided to prevent interference in assembling a wire harness, and to fasten a floor carpet by inserting the mounting part between the floor and the scuff plate. CONSTITUTION: A scuff plate(4) is combined with a floor(1) of a vehicle to form a passage(3) of a wire harness(2). A mounting part(9) is composed of a fitting groove(6) inserting a clip(5) of the scuff plate, a surrounding portion(7) forming the passage of the wire harness and a clip(8) inserted to the floor of the vehicle body. The clip is integrally formed in the mounting part and the mounting part is inserted between the floor and the scuff plate. A T-shaped connection protrusion(11) is formed at the side of the surrounding portion and connected to a carpet(10). Interference is restricted in assembling the wire harness and the carpet is fixed conveniently.
