PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare an agricultural mulching film having different film lives between the surface region and the underground region so that the film conforms to the needs of a plant, and at the same time, having an easy film treatment after the finish of cultivation. SOLUTION: This agricultural mulching film is a belt-shaped film consisting of a surface region 1 on the center along the longitudinal direction of the film and an underground region 2 on one side or both the sides of the surface region 1. The film in the surface region 1 consists of a biodegradable resin film which is not deteriorated and broken until the finish of cultivation of a crop, and the film in the underground region 2 consists of a biodegradable resin film which is not decomposed biologically for two months from the start of cultivation of the crop, and thereafter, biologically decomposed.
