<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a licence light uniformly irradiating a display surface of a licence plate with lamp light, reduced in size and light and having a simple structure without restrictions on a degree of freedom for arrangement. SOLUTION: A lamp main body 117 is supported by a light storing part 116c of a light cover 116 mounted on a licence plate mounting part 19 of a rear fender 13. The lamp main body 117 is constituted by covering a lamp 123 fixed to a base 120 via a socket 121 with a lens 124. A prism constituted by arraying a plurality of prism elements 128 directed to a center line direction of a vehicle body on a lens surface 125a on the lamp 123 side in a direction perpendicular to the center line direction is provided on an upper surface part 125 of the lens 124 transmitting light of the lamp 123 irradiating the display surface of the licence plate 111. Light from the lamp 123 is uniformly diffused by the prism 124 and is evenly and uniformly irradiated on the licence plate 111.</p> |
