PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-RAY CT device capable of preventing the occurrence of an abnormality by inputting an output pulse to a CPU at a fixed period corresponding to the vertical moving speed of a table. SOLUTION: Even if the period of the output pulse 6A from a rotary encoder 6 is fluctuated by a fluctuating factor resulted from a transmission mechanism, a correction pulse generation means 7 forms a correction pulse 9, when the output pulse 6 fluctuated in period is inputted from the rotary encoder 6, at the buildup timing of a block pulse 8 of a fixed period T2 according to the buildup of the output pulse 6, and inputs the corrected correction pulse 9 to the CPU 10.
