At least one side (2-5) has a profiled edge (6-9) along at least two adjoining edges, the profiled edge extending away from this side of the brick. When several of the bricks are stacked on top of each other, the profiled edges in at least one side of the stack form horizontal and vertical grooves between the separate bricks. Independent claims are also included for (a) a wall built from these bricks and (b) a wall construction method using these bricks, in which the grooves are filled with adhesive.
