<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program transmission processing apparatus that can efficiently transmit data of a data broadcast program at least with high priority without being affected by fluctuations in broadcast bands. SOLUTION: When a band occupancy rate of a television broadcast signal notified from a multiplexer exceeds a prescribed threshold value, a multiplex processing section 154 extracts a DII (Download Information Indication) section packet and an event message section packet from a DII section buffer 151 and an event message section buffer 152, writes them to an output buffer 155, and extracts a data broadcast service packet to which at least the highest priority is set from data broadcast service packet buffers 1531 to 153n to write the packet to the output buffer 155.</p> |
