PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote diagnostic maintenance support method and a device capable of repairing, accurately and quickly on a remote place, absence of file data having accumulated process information of a site or abnormal data therein. SOLUTION: In a remote diagnostic maintenance device 5 in a call center, the file data transmitted periodically from the site 1 are taken into a data file 24, updated and managed. Transmission of the file data of the site 1 is received, and imprinted once in a storage file 10, and the abnormal data in the file data are determined. A data manipulation operation processing part 18 acquires an estimated value of the abnormal data by estimation processing determined beforehand relative to each of plural items, and repairs the file data. |
